I'm a California therapist with over a decade of experience supporting women navigating life's transitions, building self-esteem, and healing from trauma. My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and relational. I want you to feel seen, supported, and encouraged. As a mom of three, I have a special passion for walking with women on their journey into parenthood: from fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I’ve chosen a telehealth model because I know how difficult it can be for new parents to coordinate childcare, navigate nap schedules, or deal with a commute. Online therapy allows you to show up exactly as you are: whether that’s from your couch, your parked car, during naptime, or while snuggling your little one.

Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call to help us make sure we're a good fit.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps process traumatic memories and experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation to help your brain reprocess difficult memories in a way that reduces their emotional impact.
